Cancellation policy

At GLP Support, we offer both one-time purchases and subscription (auto-renewing) purchase options. This policy explains how our subscriptions work and how to cancel one. By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Subscription Purchase Options

When you choose a subscription option, you are enrolling in a recurring plan. Your chosen product will be shipped and billed automatically at the interval shown at checkout (for example, every 30 days) using your saved payment method, at the price shown at the time of purchase.

Your subscription will continue automatically and renew on each billing date until it is cancelled in accordance with this policy.

2. Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription before your next renewal date. Because each renewal is processed and prepared for dispatch automatically, cancellation requests must reach us in good time before your next scheduled billing date. We recommend submitting any cancellation request at least 48 hours before your renewal date to ensure it is actioned before the next charge.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, you must email us at:

For your request to be processed correctly, please format your email as follows:

  • Subject line: your full name and your most recent order number.
  • Email body: a short explanation of your reason for cancelling.

Requests that are missing your name or order number may take longer to locate and process, as we may need to contact you for further details before we can action them.

4. Processing Your Cancellation

We aim to process cancellation requests within 2 hours of receipt during our support hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM UK time). Requests received outside these hours will be actioned at the start of the next working period.

You will receive an email notification once your cancellation has been processed. Your subscription is only considered cancelled once you have received this written confirmation from us. Until confirmation is issued, your subscription remains active and may renew as scheduled.

5. Renewals Already Processed

If a renewal has already been billed and prepared for dispatch before your cancellation request is received and confirmed, that order cannot be cancelled and will be shipped as normal. Any such order is subject to our Refund Policy. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals only; it does not automatically refund an order that has already been processed.

6. After Cancellation

Once cancelled and confirmed, you will not be billed for any further renewals. You are welcome to resubscribe at any time, subject to the pricing and terms available at that time.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date above.
