2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched are as follows:

  • United Kingdom, United States, Australia and Canada: 3 to 5 business days.
  • All other countries: 4 to 7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing, local carrier delays, public holidays, and peak periods.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is charged on all orders. Your exact shipping cost is calculated based on your destination and is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, so you can review it in full before paying.

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking details where available.

5. Changes to Your Order

You may be able to change or cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing it. This is not guaranteed, as orders may already be in processing. To request a change, contact us as soon as possible at help@yourglpsupport.com with your order number, and we will do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

6. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are non-refundable.

7. Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
